Vegan Oil-Free Chickpea Salad


1 can of chickpeas, rinsed well
2 fresh green onions, chopped
2 stalks of celery, chopped
½ a yellow bell pepper, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
½ cucumber, chopped
½ onion, chopped


3 cloves of garlic, minced
½  tablespoon of oregano
½ parsley
juice of 1 lemon


Chop all of the vegetables and add to a large bowl

In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients for the dressing

Mix together and enjoy!
