Vegan Oil-Free Greek Salad


½ a can of black olives
a handful of spinach
2 stalks of celery, chopped
½ a green bell pepper, chopped
½ a orange bell pepper, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
½ cucumber, chopped
½ onion, chopped


2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon of oregano
juice of 1 lemon


Chop all of the vegetables and add to a large bowl

In a small bowl, mix all of the ingredients for the dressing

Mix together and enjoy!
