What to do in New York: Exploring Markets

When we were in Manhattan we rented some Citi bikes and decided to spend the day exploring the city and stopping where ever sparked our curiosity. We love going to markets of all kinds, so stopping at a local Sunday market was on our New York bucket list while we were there.

We found a really unique stand that had a bunch of homemade herbal tea blends and body care items for sale. They had 3 different teas on tap that they were sampling and sold mason jars full of tea leaves for you to make at home as well.

I bought a botanical moisturizing balm made from rose hips, calendula, lavender, vanilla, comfrey and plantain, coconut oil and shea butter. Thats it! The ingredients they use are awesome, completely all natural and based around herbs and essential oils so I was immediately interested in trying them out and supporting them.

Then we went straight to the fruits and vegetables to pick up some food for the rest of our trip!
